中央大學地球科學學系師生使用本實驗儀器不收費，其餘使用者之收費標準如下：
The faculty and students of the ES, NCU are allowed to use the equipment of SEM LAB without charge, but the approved application is required. Other users shall pay for the operation following the table of the charge standard shown below:
教育訓練 Training
欲自行操作機台之使用者需通過教育訓練檢定，該訓練課程費用為500元/時。未曾操作過掃描式電子顯微鏡者須完成18小時訓練課程；熟悉掃描式電子顯微鏡操作但未曾使用本實驗室機台者，則須完成9小時訓練課程。
The users who intend to operate the equipment of SEM LAB shall pass the certificate examination, and the fee of the training course is NT$ 500/ hour. The person who has never used SEM before shall attend the training course for 18 hours; the person who is experienced with SEM outsides NCUES shall attend training courses for 9 hours.
