檢驗樣品限制 Sample materials and preparation

  1. 樣品需為乾燥狀態,且於真空環境中無揮發性
  2. 試片在電子束撞擊下會分解、釋放氣體或融成液態者,因有礙儀器真空環境之維持而恕不受理。
  3. 具備毒性、腐蝕性、揮發性、低熔點等特性試件或為強磁性、磁性(如鐵、鈷、鎳等)等易受電磁透鏡吸引之粉末型式樣品或材料,恕不受理。
  4. 使用者須詳盡說明試片製備方式,若有造成真空腔室污染之疑慮,本單位有權拒絕受理。
  5. 粉末樣品請善盡固定處理。若因未完善固定致使樣品脫落,本單位概不負責。
  6. 送件樣品一律須具備導電特性,若無則需經鍍碳或鍍鉑膜處理。
  7. 樣品大小:直徑 32 mm × 高度 4 mm
  1. Samples shall be completely dry, and not be evaporated in the high vacuum sample chamber.
  2. Sample films shall not decompose, gasify, nor melt under the scanning of the focused beam of electrons.
  3. Toxic, corrosive, volatile, magnetic, or low melting point materials are prohibited.
  4. Applicants shall describe the preparation methods of the sample films. If there is any possibility that samples might contaminate the sample chamber, the authority of the Laboratory has the right to reject the application.
  5. Powder samples shall be mounted rigidly on specimen holders.
  6. All samples shall be conductive. Non-conductive samples shall be coated with graphite or platinum.
  7. Sample size shall be 32 mm (diameter) X 4mm (height).

注意事項 Notice

  1. 開放時間:每週一~五,共計5天。(上午09:00-12:00、下午13:30-16:30)。
  2. 申請單位:以「指導教授」為申請單位(非學術單位者以「個人」為單位),每次預約1時段,每月至多可預約15小時(不含教育訓練時數)。*如有額外時間之需求者,請與實驗室負責人 郭力維老師(liweikuo@ncu.edu.tw)討論。
  3. 收費方式:可選取「現金」或「計畫支付」任一種繳費方式。
  4. 繳費期限:逾3個月或實驗時數達30小時(以先到者為準)而未繳清儀器使用費者,將暫停預約使用權限(以月為單位),直至費用結清。
  5. 實驗資料:一律以網路連線FTP下載,本實驗不提供光碟燒錄也禁止以隨身碟傳輸檔案。
  6. 預約後請務必準時到達。遲到者時間仍將計算,且遲到超過30分鐘者視同預約後無故不到,本實驗室有權取消該次實驗。
  7. 請確實登記儀器使用時間與情形,若出現異常應盡速通知相關人員處理,並詳細記錄儀器狀況。
  8. 若氮氣產生洩漏,須立即打開門戶、保持通風。
  9. 離開前請確實檢查實驗室門窗及儀器之水電安全、維持室內整潔,並知會管理人員。
  10. 入內須更換室內拖鞋。
  11. 所有實驗器材及相關物品於使用完畢後請妥善歸位。
  1. Laboratory hours: Monday to Friday (9:00~12:00 , 13:30~16:30 ).
  2. Identifications of applicants: Academic organizations shall apply by names of corresponding professors. Non-academic organizations shall apply by names of corresponding individuals. User just could apply one period every time and the maximum reservation operation hours for each applicant are 15 hours (excluding training hours). In order to request extra reservation hours, applicants could contact Professor Li-Wei Kuo (liweikuo@ncu.edu.tw).
  3. Payment: applicants could choose to pay by “Cash” or pay by ”transfer by research project funds”. If applicants don’t pay for the operations of past three months or up to 30 operated hours, the applicants would be suspended from further applications.
  4. Data delivery: Applicants shall download their measurment data from the FTP server. Other electronic transferring methods, such as by burning CD-ROMs, flash disks, or external hard disks are all prohibited.
  5. Applicants shall arrive the Laboratory at schedule time, if not, it would still be counted as their original reservation time.
  6. If the late arrival time exceeds 30 minutes without prior notice, the applicants would be regarded as no show up.
  7. The machine operation time shall be recorded by applicants correctly. If there is any anomaly with the machine, the applicants shall notice the corresponding personnel immediately.
  8. If nitrogen gas is leaking, the applicants shall open the door immediately, and keep fresh air circulating.
  9. Before leaving the Laboratory, the applicants shall clean up the lab, turn off all the machines and water taps, and inform the corresponding personnel.
  10. In the Laboratory, applicants shall put on indoor slippers.

限制與停權規範 restriction

  1. 排定實驗使用時段後若不克前往者,最遲請於使用1工作取消預約,以便他人使用。預約當天臨時取消而非無法提前告知之因素,視同預約後無故不到者,仍需收取單一時段費用
  2. 委託實驗申請者,請詳盡說明實驗目的與需求並誠實秉報實驗樣品特性。如經發現申報不實而造成儀器損壞,將取消貴單位使用資格並賠償相關損失。
  3. 若因操作或試片處理不當造成儀器污染或損壞時,該單位須負擔賠償責任並暫停儀器使用權。
  4. 嚴禁擅自使用個人隨身(硬)碟等相關設備複製資料。如違規導致電腦中毒或是軟體失常者,立即停權一個月。
  5. 嚴禁攜帶任何可能危害實驗機台之物品進入室內,如強磁性物體、有毒揮發氣體、酸鹼化學藥品等。
  6. 禁止攜帶任何食物或帶有食物殘渣的包裝、垃圾進入實驗室內。
  7. 禁止於室內奔跑嬉鬧。
  8. 禁止其他未提及但可能造成實驗室或是機台有所損害之行為。

使用者如符合上述第5~8點任一違規事項,視為違規計點一次。違規兩次者將停權一個月;待停權期滿後重新計算。惡意不遵守場發射掃描式電子顯微鏡實驗室相關規章者,將永久禁止進入使用及操作儀器。

  1. If applicants can not come at schedule time, they shall cancel the reservation at least one day before the schedule date. If applicants cancel the reservation on the schedule date,do not show up without cancellation, the fees will still be charged.
  2. Applicants shall state the purpose and needs for the testing. They shall also describe properties of sample materials honestly. If applicants fail to report them honestly which resulting in damages of the equipment, the applicants shall compensate the damages.
  3. If applicants’ improper operations or sample preparation causes contaminations of the sample chamber or malfunction of the equipment, the applicants shall compensate the damages and suspended from operation.
  4. Connections of external storage devices to the workstation are prohibited. If un-allowed connections causes malfunctions of the workstation, the applicants would be suspended from operations for one month.
  5. Strong magnetic, toxic, or volatile materials, or other chemicals which are potentially harmful to the equipment are prohibited in the Laboratory.
  6. Food, snacks, or litters are prohibited in the Laboratory.
  7. Shouting and running are prohibited in the Laboratory.
  8. Other behaviors which are potentially harmful to the equipment are prohibited.
  • Applicants who violate the regulation 5 to 8 will be recorded as violation one time.
  • Applicants who violate the regulations two times will be suspended from operations for one month
  • Applicants who violate the regulations intentionally will be prohibited from using the equipment permanently.
